The PhotoMeasure software package provides a user-friendly interface for photogrammetric measurement.
The software package is simple to use because complex calibration functionality is provided by the CAL
software package.
The package is tailored towards measurement from stereo imagery but can be configured to support more than two cameras.
It uses calibration results from the CAL software to enable 3D measurement.
It is also possible to use calibrations from other compatible software.
PhotoMeasure has been widely used for stereo measurement of fish in baited and transect surveys, but superior functionality for these applications
is now provided in EventMeasure (Stereo). PhotoMeasure continues to be supported
for several customised measurement applications, and for 3D volume and surface area measurement.
PhotoMeasure comes with Movie to JPEG Conversion. The following option
is also available:
